How to reach 9MinGames
For general questions, website feedback, privacy requests, or business correspondence, email contact@9mingames.com.
Please include enough information for us to understand the request. When writing about a particular game, include the game title and the full page URL. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for the request.
Game problems and content reports
If a game does not load, behaves unexpectedly, redirects in a suspicious way, has misleading information, or appears unsuitable, open the game’s play page and select the Report button near the game controls. Choose the closest reason, add a short note when useful, and submit the report.
The Report button connects the issue to the correct game and is normally more useful than a general email. Reports are reviewed privately and are not displayed as public comments. Detailed instructions are available on the Report a Game page.
Privacy and data requests
For questions about personal information, browser activity, cookies, or privacy rights, use contact@9mingames.com and write Privacy Request in the subject line. We may ask for reasonable information to understand the request and verify that it relates to the person making it.
Because current game activity is generally associated with an anonymous browser identifier rather than a public account, it can be difficult to connect server records to a person without information from the same browser. Copyright owners and authorized representatives should follow the information requirements in our Copyright & Takedown Policy. A clear notice helps us identify the material, understand the claim, and respond appropriately.
