This page explains practical choices available when using 9MinGames. The exact options depend on your browser, device, location, and the third-party services that are active when you visit.
Manage cookies and browser storage
Your browser normally lets you view, block, or delete cookies and stored site data. Clearing data for 9MinGames can reset preferences and remove the local anonymous identifier used to retrieve favorites, ratings, and Recently Played activity in that browser.
Clearing local data does not necessarily delete every server record immediately. Recent anonymous game activity is currently configured to expire after approximately 180 days, while reports, abuse-prevention records, ratings, and aggregated statistics may be retained longer for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Blocking all storage can prevent game-activity features, preferences, and consent choices from working correctly.
Cookie and consent choices
When a cookie or privacy panel is displayed, use it to accept, reject, or adjust the categories it offers. You may be able to reopen the panel through a footer link, banner, or icon provided by the current consent service.
If no panel is available, use browser controls to block or delete storage and contact us if you believe an optional tracking technology has been used without an appropriate choice.
Advertising choices
Advertising providers may offer controls for personalized advertising, measurement, or the use of advertising identifiers. Those controls are operated by the relevant provider and may vary by country or device.
Choosing less personalized advertising does not always remove advertisements. It can change the information used to select or measure them. Embedded games may also contain advertising controlled by the game or advertising provider.
Recently Played, favorites, and ratings
Recently Played, favorites, ratings, and similar features are generally connected to an anonymous identifier stored in the browser. They are not currently designed as a cross-device account. Using a different browser, clearing site data, or changing devices can make previous activity unavailable.
To stop the current browser from retrieving its previous activity, clear cookies and site storage for 9MinGames. The previous server-side activity will remain subject to normal retention and security rules.
Request access, correction, or deletion
Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to personal information. Email contact@9mingames.com with the subject Privacy Request and explain what you are asking us to review.
For anonymous game activity, send the request from the same browser when possible and include the relevant game URLs and approximate dates. We may provide a simple verification step intended to connect the request with the browser record. We may be unable to identify a record from a name or email address alone because the website does not currently require a public player account.
Withdraw consent or object to processing
Where processing depends on your consent, you can withdraw that consent for future processing through the available consent controls or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing invalid.
Where applicable law gives you a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, describe the activity and your reasons in a Privacy Request. We will review the request together with security, legal, and operational requirements.
Questions or complaints
Contact contact@9mingames.com if you have a privacy question or believe a choice is not working. You may also have the right to contact the data-protection authority in the country or region where you live.
