Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how 9MinGames and services available through the website may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small pieces of information that a website can ask a browser to store. Local storage and similar browser technologies can also save information on a device. These technologies may remember a preference, distinguish one browser from another, support security, or help a feature work across page visits.

Some storage is created by 9MinGames. Other storage may be created by embedded games, advertising services, analytics tools, content-delivery providers, or other third parties when their content loads.

Technologies used for website functions

The website may use first-party cookies or browser storage for purposes such as:

  • Maintaining an anonymous browser identifier used by favorites, ratings, recent activity, and related controls.
  • Remembering display or consent preferences.
  • Protecting forms and interactive actions from spam, forgery, and repeated abuse.
  • Keeping the website stable, secure, and available.
  • Remembering that a notice has already been shown.

Blocking all browser storage may cause favorites, ratings, Recently Played, consent choices, or other features to stop working or reset.

Game activity storage

When game-activity features are enabled, a random browser identifier can be stored so the same browser can retrieve recent games and interaction states. The identifier is not intended to reveal your name. Related server records can include the game, last-played time, limited active-play time, favorites, ratings, reactions, and reports.

Recent game history is currently configured for approximately 180 days. Clearing browser storage can prevent the browser from retrieving records associated with its previous identifier, although server records may remain until their normal retention period ends.

Embedded games and third-party storage

Opening a game may load content from a third-party domain. The game provider and related advertising, measurement, security, or delivery services may place or read their own cookies and browser storage. They may use these technologies to operate the game, remember game-specific progress, prevent fraud, measure use, limit advertisements, or select advertising.

9MinGames does not control every cookie or storage item created inside third-party game content. A game may keep its own progress independently, or it may not save progress at all.

Analytics and performance

Analytics or performance services may be used to understand how pages load, which parts of the website are used, and where errors occur. Depending on the provider and current configuration, these services may use cookies, device information, IP addresses, or similar identifiers.

Where consent is legally required for non-essential analytics storage, the service should not be enabled until the required choice has been made. Strictly necessary security and delivery technologies may operate without optional consent where permitted by law.

Advertising technologies

Advertising may appear in or around games. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, limit, personalize, or measure advertisements. The available controls depend on the provider, your region, and whether consent is required.

Rejecting optional advertising storage does not necessarily remove every advertisement. It may result in advertising that is less personalized or measured with more limited information.

How long cookies remain

Some technologies last only for the browser session. Others remain until a set expiry date or until they are deleted. Third-party retention periods are determined by the relevant provider. Browser tools can normally display and remove stored site data.

Managing cookies and browser storage

You can usually:

  • Block or delete cookies and local storage through browser settings.
  • Use private-browsing features, noting that they do not make activity anonymous to every network or service.
  • Change choices through a consent or privacy panel when one is displayed.
  • Use advertising controls offered by the relevant advertising provider.
  • Clear site data for 9MinGames to reset locally stored preferences and the anonymous browser identifier.

Clearing site data can remove local access to favorites and recent history associated with the previous browser identifier. It does not automatically remove every record held by a third-party game or advertising provider.

See Your Privacy Choices for practical steps and contact information.
