Parents & Children’s Privacy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

9MinGames is a general-audience browser-game website. It is not directed to children under 13, and a category or game with a colorful or family theme should not be understood as a promise that it is suitable for every child.

Parents and guardians should review individual games

Games are created and delivered by different third parties. Themes, difficulty, advertising, external links, sound, language, and interaction can vary. Parents and guardians should review a game before allowing a younger person to play and should consider the child’s age, maturity, and local guidance.

Some games may be easier to control on a particular device. Others may contain advertising or links operated by a third party. Fullscreen can make surrounding website controls less visible, so younger users may need help returning to the page.

Accounts and information from children

Current versions of 9MinGames do not require a public player account to browse and play games. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to send us their name, address, school, phone number, photographs, or other personal information.

Younger users should not email us or add identifying details to a game report without a parent or guardian’s help. A report normally needs only the game involved, a reason, and a brief description of the problem.

Anonymous browser activity

The website may use a random browser identifier to support favorites, ratings, and Recently Played activity. This identifier is not intended to reveal a child’s name, but laws in some places can treat persistent identifiers as personal information, particularly when used with advertising or child-directed services.

Recent game activity is currently configured to expire after approximately 180 days. Parents can also clear cookies and site storage through the browser, which will reset local access to favorites and recent activity associated with the previous identifier.

Advertising and third-party games

Games or advertising services may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Parents can use device, browser, network, and advertising controls to reduce tracking, limit purchases, block certain content, or supervise access.

Rejecting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements. It may change how advertisements are selected or measured.

How to report an unsuitable or concerning game

Open the game’s play page and select the Report button near the player controls. Choose the closest reason and add a short factual note. Do not include a child’s full name, contact details, school, photograph, or other unnecessary information.

For detailed steps, visit Report a Game. For an urgent legal or safety concern, email contact@9mingames.com and include the game URL.

Requests from a parent or guardian

If you believe a child has sent personal information to 9MinGames, email contact@9mingames.com with the subject Child Privacy Request. Identify the page or interaction involved and explain your relationship to the child.

We may request reasonable verification before disclosing or deleting information. Because ordinary game activity is associated with an anonymous browser rather than a public profile, we may need information from the same browser to locate the relevant record.

Helpful supervision steps

  • Review games before a younger person plays them.
  • Use age-appropriate browser, device, router, or family-safety controls.
  • Disable or restrict purchases and saved payment methods.
  • Explain that advertisements and external links can lead away from 9MinGames.
  • Teach children not to share personal details in emails, reports, or third-party games.
  • Clear browser storage when using a shared or public device.
